Since our inception in 2014, PRC has emerged as a cornerstone of Karnataka’s construction landscape, synonymous with innovation, unwavering quality, and a profound commitment to community development. A Legacy of Firsts: RMC Plant Kodagu holds the distinction of being a trailblazer in the region. Our journey began with modest irrigation projects, evolving into a powerhouse capable of undertaking large-scale national highway ventures worth ₹100 crore. This remarkable growth is fueled by our dedication to embracing modern technology and consistently raising industry standards.
In 2012, we proudly introduced the district’s first self-loaded concrete mixer. This was swiftly followed by the establishment of Karnataka’s first Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) plant in 2014, and a sophisticated tar mixing plant in 2015. These milestones underscore our relentless pursuit of progress and efficiency. Today, we operate a robust fleet of over 80 mixture machines, ensuring precision and reliability in every single project.
Uncompromising Quality, From Source to Site: At PRC, quality isn’t just a promise—it’s the foundation of everything we do. Our state-of-the-art Quality Testing Centre at the RMC Plant meticulously ensures that every batch of concrete adheres to the most stringent standards. To guarantee unmatched quality, we operate two strategically located quarries in Bettadapura (2018) and Suntikoppa (2020). Equipped with India’s No. 1 METSO Crusher and boasting a production capacity of 220 tons per hour, we produce a comprehensive range of materials, including wet mix, aggregates (40mm, 20mm, 12mm, 6mm), dust, GSB, and M-Sand. This vertical integration guarantees prompt delivery, superior products, and cost-effective solutions for our clients.

Annually, we plant over 1,000 trees, ensuring our expansion is eco-conscious. Our dedication to serving society was profoundly showcased during the 2018 Kodagu landslide disaster, where our swift response in clearing roads and restoring access earned us the prestigious Visvesvaraya Ratna award.
